To CMR, the information of the vehicle is written and carried to the country of destination.
If the vehicle is damaged during transportation, it must be written on the CMR and Bilka Preliminary Damage Report by taking note of the damaged parts for the recipient and signed by the truck driver.
Then the expert report, photographs of the damaged parts are directed to us. In case the documents match with the result of the examination, a repair invoice is requested.
